Since 2004 Building Healthy Connections has been providing counseling and life skills building services in Fredericksburg and central Virginia.

We believe that increasing a person's healthy connection to society leads to positive, pro-social action.  Our services support increasing accountability to self, family, community and the public safety.  They are designed to enhance trust and cohesiveness in all arenas of life.  We will provide cognitive behavioral and attachment interventions, education and new tools for handling destructive emotions and behavior to substance abusing, estranged and at-risk persons and their families.  We believe this is the foundation for Building Healthy Connections in the community.
